Coaching is a dynamic partnership between coach and client. A coach helps you become unstuck, helping you see and overcome obstacles, to live a more fulfilling, healthy, and meaningful life, even when dealing with chronic health conditions. A coach provides support in a nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their needs, challenges, and opportunities while receiving guidance, encouragement, and accountability from a trained professional.

With over two decades of experience as a nurse, Kundalini Yoga, and meditation teacher, she embodies wisdom and compassion, having studied under esteemed mentors worldwide.As a mother of three, Trish navigates parenthood with grace, drawing from her personal challenges to offer gentle guidance. Whether you seek solace or guidance through life's transitions, Trish stands ready to illuminate your path toward growth, healing, and self-discovery with compassion and resilience. ONE-ON-ONE COACHING (FIRST SESSION IS ALWAYS FREE)
Coaching is typically done by phone, or over Zoom. It can be customized to the level of support you need on your path to wellness.
This is a client-driven relationship, in which you come to each session with a specific coaching request. The duration of the contract is decided upon registration; it is dependent upon what you, the client, would like to achieve.
About Coaching
Coaching primarily looks toward the future and is goal-oriented. Wellness coaches help clients gain clarity about where they are blocked and what they want to achieve, supporting them in taking concrete steps to reach their objectives. Coaching sessions can cover a wide range of topics, including weight loss, nutritional choices, exercise routines, illness/disability management, time management, stress reduction, and meditation, among others. Trish employs various techniques and tools such as powerful questioning, goal setting, visualization, mindfulness, accountability, and action planning to empower her clients and facilitate optimal health and comprehensive wellness.
In her role as a coach and mentor, Trish provides a judgment-free sanctuary where individuals can explore their paths with sincerity and authenticity. With a deep understanding of the challenges of life, Trish offers unwavering support to those embarking on their transformative journeys with a multidisciplinary approach.
